  • With the nature of endangered plants and animals in habitats that are also stressed , new laws in restoration and recovery of biotic material is important . As it now appears you can burn , trample, plowunder carnivorous species , the one thing you can't do is save them from development by diging them up . Developers are affraid of comming across a snail darter situation in an environmental impact statement , they avoid the chance to let conservationist save and resque the various species. it is far better to release the plants or animals in private collections or restored habitats . sincerely rick
